Resolved! Roaming abroad plan is not working. My phone is displaying emergency calls only

I contacted EE to activate roaming abroad on my phone. I received a text on the day I travelled. I have now arrived the us and unable to use my phone to call or receive calls. Please I need this urgently sorted. Thanks
