Abroad charges

Hi, I am abroad at the minute in Alcudia, EE have taken £12 out of my account and I’ve only been here 2 days. Is this what they are charging me a day! It said they were going to charge me £2.95 a day for roaming and calls. Why have they taken this out?

The daily charge is £2.29. The Roam Abroad Pass is £15 per billing month. Could the £12 actually be £12.50, the ex-VAT price of the Roam Abroad Pass?
