I am in the USA with no service and wish to activate roaming. Can you assist?

I am in the USA and wish to contact someone to set up roaming (I have a roaming pass but no service,). Is there a way to do this remotely via live chat or email? It is difficult to call without service.

Do you have access to an app based calling service such as Skype?

Alternatively, our Twitter and Facebook teams can access your account to activate your roaming services.

Hi

In USA with no service after buying roaming package.  I have left a message on the Facebook EE website but no reply as yet.

 

Is there an alternate means of contact , I have WhatsApp if it helps?

You've posted your mobile number on a public internet forum - I would suggest editing that out ASAP unless you want to attract spammers.

Welcome to the community. 

Did you also activate roaming by texting ROAMING to 150 before leaving the UK?

Purchasing a pack does not automatically activate this.

I did not send 150 a message for roaming prior to departure.

I have tried contacting EE using Facebook and WhatsApp but with no success.

 

I cannot call currently from the US so is there absolutely any other way to contact EE e.g using email??

I did not set roaming using the 150 service unfortunately.

 

Is there an online chat as that may be helpful ?
