Hi
I have a family plan of 3 phones and have had this for as long as I can remember.
However on our recent holiday to Cyprus, myself and my wife were not charged at all, however, my son's phone was charged £2.29 a day for data roaming.
Why is this please?
We've been to Cyprus on many occasions during our time with EE and have never been charged for data.
Thanks
Paul

@hawkerpaul Roaming isn’t included with your contracts and hasn’t been since 7th July 2021. So if you got a new contract after this date you’ll be charged for roaming for a day rate ( you have been ) or you purchase a roaming add on so you don’t get charged the daily rate. That add on is £15 per month and you cancel this when you are back in the UK
