Hello @njcoxon

Have you tried manually connecting to another available network?

Katie

Tried that but didn't work. My # is xxxxxxxxxxx. Can you pls confirm.nothing is untoward on my account.

Ironically, I can't call the help desk for help without incurring big charges! Any help appreciated

You should remove your phone number from this post, it's public and everyone can see it.

Do you know how to delete a post? This is a nightmare

Press the option button ('v' in 'O') on R of it & see if Delete is still there if it is not too late, but a Mod will come along & remove your mobile #.
