Texts not sending in Tanzania

I have paid for global texts but they are not sending so feel it is a complete waste of money.I can receive texts and make/receive calls but can’t text. i had an an advisor helping who gave me his email but he is now not responding

Hi, I can’t make any calls to the Uk from my mobile. I can’t even add on world to 150 as suggested it won’t let me, can u help please? Sorry I didn’t add this on before I left the Uk. Thank you
