I'm in Begium and have no connectivity. I can't use my phone to nake calls or use the Internet unless I'm in our accommodation. I can't even contact EE foe help as it says no registered network. Thoroughly dissatisfied with EE.

Are you on a contract plan or pay as you go?

If you're on pay-monthly, did you enable roaming before leaving the UK? This is normally done by texting ROAMING to 150
It is this which enables access to foreign networks.

We are in Mexico. The internet connection is so bad, that I cannot believe I'm being charged by EE for this service! The service is crap! It is annoying! EE- shame on you!!!! I have been a great customers for you for many years, but for the last 2 years your service ( in London particular) is a joke! And now here on my holidays again sh..!!!!

Sorry to hear that your speeds aren't great in Mexico. Have you tried manually connecting to a different Mexican network?
