International calls are barred

Hi. 

I am trying to make international calls from the UK but it keeps telling me that international calls are barred. I have already tried these options:

1. Purchased an International Pass add-on

2. Called 150 and they said they have cancelled call barring for me to allow me to make the calls

3. I have no spend cap. 

4. I have already restarted my phone. 

What else do I need to do to allow me to make international calls from the UK? Kindly help.

Try texting ROAMEU INT to 150 (it is free). If you ever later want to roam outside EU text ROAMING to 150 to allow roaming anywhere.
