I don’t know how to fix it maybe server is down

My voicemail when out of signal says this number is no longer available

If I miss a call and I’m in signal it just plays my normal voicemail but apparently for months if I’m sitting in my kitchen or am out of signal anywhere else it’s telling people my number is no longer available!!!!
