Cannot receive calls

Hi  I have already changed to EE for nearly half year. Recently, I found I can make calls but people can’t call me apart from  people also using EE. My husband also has the same problem. This has been going on for at least one month. Can anyone help?...

This has started happening to me, and only since I took an offer of a free month’s unlimited data (could be a coincidence though).

As far as I understand, the IOM is NOT part of the EU so I will ask the same question,  should I get a local SIM card when I come to the IOM? On Jersey I was told to get a local SIM there or face a huge charge for data and telephone calls!

Can’t make or receive calls

New phone, inserted SIM card but cannot make or receive calls, the call ends as soon as I dial it, have removed sim & reinserted, have also reset network settings & restarted the phone, any ideas please? by the way I can make WhatsApp calls

Roaming fail
