Why some people can’t call my number?

Hi my name is Debbie and I wondered if anyone has a problem with some people not being able to call their ee mobile phone number. There’s a number of my friends who call my number and get voicemail every time. But other friends get through fine. Does anyone have any idea why this might happen? They are not withholding their numbers and I have my settings so that anyone can call me. I need a bit of help guys.

Have you checked your blocked list in your phone settings in case the contacts have been added in error?

That behaviour is consistent with individual callers having been blocked.

Get them to withhold their number and see if it works.
