Hi likely my mistake but for the future….. just back from Turkey for 2/52, bought an e sim local to there before went and set up etc. Made that the primary one to use , but have come home to a huge phone bill with add ons , on one day x 3 times….. what did I miss?!

You must have used your EE SIM there, not the local SIM, & as Turkey is outside the EU you cannot use your usual UK allowances there but will need to pay the charges or buy roaming add-ons as set out in https://ee.co.uk/help/mobile/roaming/roaming-costs/countries/turkeyandnortherncyprus.
To phone EE CS: Dial Freephone +44 800 079 8586 - Option 1 for Mobile Phone & Mobile Broadband or Option 2 for Home Broadband & Home Phone
ISPs: 1999: Freeserve 48K Dial-Up > 2005: Wanadoo 1 Meg BB > 2007: Orange 2 Meg BB > 2008: Orange 8 Meg LLU > 2010: Orange 16 Meg LLU > 2011: Orange 20 Meg WBC > 2014: EE 20 Meg WBC > 2020: EE 40 Meg FTTC > 2022:EE 80 Meg FTTC SoGEA > 2025 EE 150 Meg FTTP

What have you been charged for, specifically? That will give an indication as to how the charges were incurred.
In broad terms, the previous post nails it - you must have used your EE SIM for something.

Hi @Saz7923
As at @XRaySpeX said but i recommend speaking to EE CS on 150 and asking them if they can do anything if this is a genuine mistake and a one-off.
Thanks
