Roaming pass expired - can’t get another

I bought a 7 day pass when I arrived in France .. that’s now expired , and I got a text to tell me with a link to renew. Took the link , chose the BUY Data tab and added on the only option - UNLIMITED data thinking that was the one - clearly it’s not as I need the roaming pass. So I’m out for £15 for that as well as stumping up £2.59 a day for roaming. And despite trying the link again, there seems no option to bit another 7 day pass … and roaming just got better with EE ?? Pfft !! Better for EE’s profits more like

Roaming within the EU is subject to either a daily charge or a weekly add-on, both of which enable access to all your UK allowances.

The data add-on you've purchased sounds like one to extend your UK allowances from a finite amount, to unlimited. Do you have any screenshots of what you bought, or text message confirmations?

Inclusive roaming is subject to a 50GB monthly FUP on data usage.

I have just added another 7 day roaming pass through a link sent by EE to my phone.  However, I cannot see any evidence of this in my account on line that I have this add-on.  Why?  Have to say EE website not very intuitive.

I'm pleased you've been able to get that added. The pass should show in your pending charges, but rest assured if you have added the pass it will be on there.
