Dubai roaming

Hi, I am pay monthly customer currently in Dubai. I have bought the £25 add on to use my UK plan. Does this include making calls from Dubai  back to the UK? Have tried to call EE with no avail, & their new visual chat via text link never seems to load. Any help is appreciated.

The £25 Zone 1 roaming pass that covers Dubai will indeed allow you to call back to the UK the same way you do when at home. 

Was it just around these calls that you were looking to speak with our team about, or did you want to query something else?

Thanks for reply. No I just wanted clarification that the pass was correct  & I wouldn’t be charged any extra for calling family back home in the uk whilst away; as nowhere could I find information as to whether it covered these calls. Thanks again
