Im currently away in American my Phone can only pick up 2G when 4G is available. I have tried all the setting options. nothing seems to be working. any suggestions?

Resolved! Can’t turn off VM

Can’t turn off my VM via 150, I get a response suggesting it’s not possible and to try later

Was this resolved? I recently moved to EE and now I'm getting the same issue as posted. EE don't know what's going on and they want me to travel to different areas to see if it's a mast issue. Thanks
