Can anybody help. This is the 2nd time my daughter has been abroad and her roaming dosnt work. She has iPhone 15 and I've checked she has roaming.  She has made sure her phone was updated before she went. She has followed all the instructions but can't get WiFi.

How exactly have you "checked she has roaming"? Are you referring to the "data roaming" option on most phones, that enables the use of mobile data whilst already roaming?

You mention that your daughter "followed all the instructions", does that include texting ROAMING to 150 before leaving the UK? Assuming she's on pay-monthly.

If your daughter is on PAYG, it is auto-enabled when the phone is first used in the UK.

Which is she?

She is pay monthly.

Yes texted 15o more than 24 hours before travel. Switched of WiFi calls.
She has tried to connect to network both automatic and manually. I've
checked spend cap etc. Don't know what to do

@Nicolaremi  WiFi calling will not work when abroad it’s for uk usage only.

What was texted to 150 ?      And did she get a response back stating that roaming was enabled?

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

Good morning @Nicolaremi.

Thanks for reaching out to us here on the Community.

We definitely want to make sure that we're able to get your daughter connected whilst on her travels. Where is it she's visiting at the moment?

Also like @Chris_B mentioned, can I just check what it was you sent to 150, and what reply you got back?

Thanks for confirming that for me, @Nicolaremi.

Did she reply back to this with message with GOING?

It's at this point it will give you the three different roaming options that you can select from.
