@ollie882 it looks like you're trying to send a message to a short-code number. This may be a chargeable text message. If you are using Pay as you go have you checked you have credit available? If you are on Pay monthly plan you may need to check you have Spend Cap switched off.
Do you have any problem sending text message to normal mobile numbers?
