Same problem here.  No OTPs and cannot access my bank accounts.   Already reported and hoping to get some advice to fix...

Please give our Customer Service technical team a call on 150 so we can investigate and get the OTP through to your phone again. 
Usually a simple Network Refresh from our side clears the backlog through.

PLEASE try to fix with a refresh from your end. Because I cannot call you
from here email is the only option to contact you. Big problem for me
at the moment so I hope you can fix.
