Exactly the same - it’s sooooo unreliable. And the answer … oh phone us on 150 or blah with another phone to get assistance…. Duh I can’t .
hope your got sorted - but for me this should be sorted with borrowing from another network provider whilst they do some work or during an outage. I couldn’t call the vets or be notified of the health of my pet and had to use emails to try to contact them. So yes not a 999 emergency but I needed to be able to be contactable.
basically I’d say to anyone rely on wattsapp but if a business doesn’t use it - don’t count on EE for its coverage

Exactly the same as what? It's usually better to start a new post explaining your specific issues, yours has been done for you.
If it's a coverage outage you're having issues with, these happen with all MNO's and no network is immune from them. WhatsApp is an internet-based app, anywhere you have an internet connection you're also able to make & receive direct-dialled voice calls.
