Hi there, can someone help me on why EE is doing this..
We've noticed your phone usage is high than normal, if this continues you may not be able to make calls or texts..
I've already paid upto date this month on my phone bill but they've suspended me...

You'll need to speak to EE CS on 150 tomorrow about this issue or use the message service on the app.

Hi @Leetay342 As @Northerner mentioned, you'd need to give us a call so a guide can take a look into your account and check why you've received that message.
To speak to a guide, you'd just need to dial 150 from an EE phone or 07953 966 150 from any other phone.
