Hi @Nadeesha33

Have you tried speaking with our Customer Care team? They'll be able to check your account and look into what is available for you. If you're not eligible for a contract phone plan, they may be able to give you some advice on how you can get one in future.

Hi @Nadeesha33

If your not eligible for credit then there is nothing we can do about this. You'll need to speak to EE CS on 150 or try again in 6 months.

Thanks

What does that mean?

You have a SIM free on pay as you go (PAYG) and want to set up a monthly payment plan.

You want to buy a phone?

A few more details might help.

Yes, I want to buy a phone with a monthly payment plan, but it’s not
available to me—only full payment is allowed. Please help.
