Hi, I recently informed you about a bereavement and I wanted the account transferred to myself. I’ve received the final bill but my online account is showing the old details and nothing is showing against my name. How long does the transfer take? Will my login details remain the same? Thanks

Welcome to the community. I'm sorry for your loss.
When you transfer a contract from someone else into your name, you'll get a new account number and would need to set up a new EE Online account, unless this was all set up when speaking with our support team.
It may be worth just giving us another quick call so that they can check the transfer and help you get fully set up on the new account.

You need to link the no(s). you've taken over to your existing MyEE a/c yourself.
