Hi my sim card doesn’t work

@Robert120971  Is this a new sim ?  It is a sim on PAYG or contract  ?  If on PAYG when did you last use it ?  If it was under 3 months or it’s a contract sim you can request a replacement sim by calling customer support or by going to a EE store with in date photo ID.   If it was over 3 months and it’s a PAYG sim please read THIS
