Resolved! Signal in Slough

Every EE user seems to have issues with the network when reaching the Slough area (SL2 postcode). this has been going on since Wednesday. Is there an issue and is it being worked on?

No signals

I have no signals in my phone I phone 13 pro max, issue started from 6:50 am, lives in GL2 Quedgeley area, I have restarted, done air plane mode, took sim out and kept back in .. but no luck . Can some one pls come back to me .

connecting to netowork

Hi - my Phone has stopped connecting to the network when away from my router, still working great at home but cant get internet etc when out and about. Done all the settings checks recommended - any ideas? Its a galaxy A32

Resolved! EE signal loss

Last couple days  made phone call  max signal  said to words  then  lose all signal  cut off . Some time later back full signal .  This happened 2 , 3 times  between Wed June 1st Sunday June  5 . Also text been taking  up to 3 hours  to come through ...
