my network doesnt work. I have been with BT for many years. Purchased a new iphone a few weeks ago because my iphone was becoming obsolete. Through BT an offer with EE was available. Now I seem to pay two bills, but I thought I was getting an update on my phone. Now back to the Uk from two weeks of holidays, my network doesnt work. I cant make calls or receive calls. Bills are paid and up to date, and turned off and on my phone, but still without networl. What can i do?

When you moved to EE, did you get a PAC code from BT or are both bills from EE?
I would also suggest checking here if it is just in one place to see if there is a fault, which you can then register and receive updates:

Have you restarted the phone?
