so I’ve noticed that 8 people are unable to call me or leave me a text. I can call and text them. There could well be more that I don’t know about.
I have checked all my settings, focus ,dnd, airplane mode and blocked numbers. And I have reset my network settings, and checked the network is up to date. Also put my sim into another phone. Still same outcome.
I have called EE and I’m getting help from top level tech support and they called today to say my number is fully ported over my problem should be fixed. But it’s not.
I’m waiting for another call back to confirm this.
Has anyone sorted this problem already and can offer some help please. ?
