Resolved! Signal Loss

I have had no signal on my mobile for over an hour and I have checked on the signal checker which is showing the signal should be at full strength I am unable to report this as the messaging service is also down!Any advice?From an angry customer!

Im having horible network coverage in Birmingham. Even giffgaff was better then this. No chamce to get in touch or even check coverage because Poco X3 pro is not on the list.App is useless
