Lack of network

I have called your customer care countless times to lay my complaint… firstly I am new to the UK and when I went to your store to get a contract your agent kind of manipulated to sign a 31 pound a month contract for 2 years… I actually don’t mind signing that but I live in Muncaster Gardens NN4 and I can’t get service for about a month now. I keep calling your customer care but no one has been able to rectify the problem… if in the next 3 days you don’t sort it out  then I am canceling my contract any way I can. It’s just frustrating

Does the Network Status Checker show good indoor and outdoor coverage for the postcode? 

If so, are there any reported problems for the area if you select the 'check status' option?

It's not like EE to have bad coverage, do you know of anyone else having the same issue at all?

I don’t know. It’s a new environment for me. EE customer care also confirmed the network issues in the area when I called to complain.
