I live close to Glastonbury, went there last week to have a walk around, parked in small open car park and the only way I could pay for the car park was by ringing my daughter who was working from home, to login to paytopark and do it for me, someone who was there at the same time had no trouble with their mobile which was with Vodafone. As had no signal?

Does the Network Status Checker show any reported problems for the area if you select the 'check status' option after entering the postcode and device? 

If not, please select 'report a problem' and complete the details to get this looked into and be kept updated by the network team.
