No EE service in Harrogate

Any news on why I’ve had sporadic / nil coverage for last 3 days? 
Yet the EE coverage checker says I should have full 4G service

@FedupwithEE500 , have you reported the problem, which you can do by registering on the EE coverage checker and receive updates?

To contact EE customer service dial 150 from your mobile phone or ring customer service for free using Skype or another phone: +44 800 079 8586 or +44 800 956 6000.

The coverage check tool serves two purposes..

1: "Check coverage" - what is the normal service in this location?

2: "Check status" - are there any known issues here? And if not - report them.

It sounds like you've used the "check coverage" option, not "check status"

Thanks for replying, I’ve reported it  - also checked status and there are problems. 16+ hours expected.
