I really messed up and put my phone sim in a tablet and it got stuck with no sim. Facebook EE no longer reply. Really is better service removing that method of communication. I rebuilt my computer so the MyEE password didnt work. BUT its awesome it locks u out after 3 wrong goes then doesnt tell u when u can try again. So I tried to reset the password goes to email then needs a sim code as well. This is awesome service for highend 2 stage authentification cos people are always trying to hack my account and pay my phone bill.
so I tried freephone services like relay, needs to link sim. voxpot just didnt work neither did skype.
I have a spare sim so put it in the phone and called the lovely efficient young staff who know everything and always politely say how are u today? really efficient when u have a problem and your scared u cant do a thing without a mobile. She was great! dead easy so just port the sim across and done! now she has deactivated the sim cos she is a genius!
I finally logged into myEE on my computer hey the original password was right all along just didnt work, cos there is defo no password conspiracies to make it complicated and confuse people. and more amazing customer service they have removed live chat. We didnt need it anyways! Its not like this has ever happened to me before and india also terminated the new sim.
So I logged into myEE on my phone and its so fast! only been waiting 20 mins now and no replies.
I have no idea what ur issue is? Why would u ever get a problem? Why complain? its all about being kind and polite to us all staff and the young genuises half my age who never make a mistake. and managers are so awesome when u make a complaint. They always back up their staff , they never make a mistake or tell a lie. When u say they lied listen to the call? no need! cos I am always wrong and tell lies! so we dont need to help anymore or give compensation.
This is why EE is still number one in the UK and ireland for best customer service 2025.
I have no idea why u ever get any issues? nothing ever goes wrong and staff never make a mistake?
