Same problem. However, in addition I have  not inserted one sim yet but BT have disconnected the number. 4 lines and no-one can make or receive a call to any number. How do we contact support services?

Nothing works since moving to EE from BT

Since BT persuaded us to move our mobiles from BT to EE we have had nothing but trouble. No signal. The BT and the EE App don’t work. My bill is far higher! My internet is always buffering in movies now! I wish I had never moved, this is rubbish!

New sim not working

So lost phone and got a new sim, number shows as 00000000000 and will not work. If I try to make a call I get "not registered on network"Any help would be appreciated.
