i accidentally coverted my sim to e sim and then deleted my esim what do i do nw as i have ordered a new sim it has come but i cant activate it

@anasurhebe  Did you order a new sim or a replacement sim as a replacement sim will have your number on it.      

SIM cards can take up to 24h to activate but try restarting the device a few times. 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
