New customrr Esim delivery

I placed an order for an eSIM. I got welcome messages and direct debit confirmation. Will I get the option of downloading the SIM, or do I have to wait for it to arrive by post?

Emergency calls only

Over the last week mine and my wife's phone keeps going to emergency calls only. The phone says no SIM. I can't phone ee so I'm left yet again with no service. It's now obviously a sim problem.

How long does it take to transfer my old number to EE Because it’s been 2 days now I turned my phone on and off a few times and it still hasn’t changed. What should I do?

Keep old number

Hi all I've recently bought my partner a new phone on a monthly plan,she would like to keep her old number,she currently has a sim only plan,is it possible to keep the old number without having to change to a new one? Many thanks

Replacement sim
