Hi I’ve ordered an Ee sim on monthly pay. How do I change it to an e sim so I can get it now ?

Hey @Adamyearsley, welcome to the Community 👋
Have you received your physical SIM yet?
As @QuantumEcho mentioned you can swap this over to an eSIM either through the phone settings or our app, but you'll need to have your physical SIM first.
When this isn't possible you can activate via QR code instead, but this is something we would need to send you physically.

Log in to your EE account online or through their app. Look for the option to manage your plan or SIM settings. There should be an option to request an eSIM or change your current SIM to an eSIM. If you don’t see it, contact EE customer service directly they might need to activate it for you or send you an eSIM QR code to scan.
