Hello,

I am currently abroad (in Russia) and unable to call your support number.

I have received a notification about an outstanding balance of £68.32 and would like to pay it to avoid service interruption.

I also would like to keep my number active and therefore request to switch it from a monthly contract to a Pay As You Go plan.

Could you please provide a secure link for online payment and advise on how to switch to PAYG remotely?

 Thank you very much

  1. Try using Fast Payment online to pay by UK bank card. You don't need to login or register anything. All you need is your mobile no. & it doesn't remember your card details.
  2. If you've already cancelled your contract, as indicated by your 1st pix, you no longer have a no. to switch to PAYG.
  3. Try calling CS on the Freephone no. in my sig. on Skype over WiFi. It should be free.

To phone EE CS: Dial Freephone +44 800 079 8586 - Option 1 for Mobile Phone & Mobile Broadband or Option 2 for Home Broadband & Home Phone

@SvetlanaSigal , even if you had not cancelled your account, you would not be able to use  pay as you go, as it first has to be activated in the UK.

To contact EE customer service dial 150 from your mobile phone or ring customer service for free using web based app or another phone: +44 800 079 8586 or +44 800 956 6000.

Dear EE Support Team,

I am currently outside the UK and unable to access my EE account online. However, it is extremely important for me not to lose my number, as it is linked to many personal and professional accounts.

I plan to return to the UK soon and wish to continue using your services. Could you please confirm whether my number is still active or recoverable, and advise me on how to restore it or prevent its deactivation?

This number is very important to me, and I would deeply appreciate your help in making sure I can keep it.

Thank you in advance for your assistance and support.

Warm regards,

Svetlana

Hi @SvetlanaSigal

I can see @XRaySpeX has advised how to contact us from abroad, and also how to make a payment if you're unable to access your account online.

I would also suggest calling directly so the team can review your details.

Linzi

@SvetlanaSigal , as I have already mentioned, if you want to switch to pay as you go, your SIM card needs to be activated in the UK, so you would have to send it back to someone in  the UK, who can then activate it and make a chargeable call or text and then send it back to you, that is the only way or keep your number and sim on a monthly contract, which is not meant for use for long term outside the UK, as per terms and conditions.

To contact EE customer service dial 150 from your mobile phone or ring customer service for free using web based app or another phone: +44 800 079 8586 or +44 800 956 6000.

Dear EE Support Team,

Thank you for your response.
I would like to ask for your urgent assistance, as my UK bank account is
linked to this EE number, and I’m currently unable to receive verification
codes without it. I am currently in Russia and cannot return to the UK
immediately, but I plan to come back in about two months.
Please tell me:
1. How long will my current SIM and number stay active without usage from
abroad?

2. Is there any way I can reactivate or extend my monthly contract
remotely while outside the UK?
I am very worried that I will lose access to my bank and won’t be able to
make even basic payments without this number. I’m willing to pay for any
necessary plan just to make sure the number stays active. Please help me
avoid losing it. Thank you so much in advance.

[Mod edit - personal details removed, please don't share these in public]

  1. It won't as you cancelled it according to your 1st image.
  2. ditto

As an aside, this isn't the "EE Support Team". It is a user discussion forum.
