Hello, I cannot receive or make calls. I have upgraded from sim only contract to Samsung A53, data is fine but no calling at all including 150.
unable to contact EE via another number on my account and chat service is unavailable! Thanks.
If anyone could advise it would be very much appreciated 👍🏻

Good morning @PaulM_Titan.
Does your phone show as connected to the EE network?
Is it a new SIM you are using or your old SIM?

If you are able to use mobile data, this would suggest you have a connection to the EE network.
What happens when you try making a call? Have you tried toggling flight mode?
