My coverage

Hi just joined ee via BT. The SIM card was supposed to go into a spare phone so I could use instead of using my landline - however I can not use as no coverage! can you advise if I connect to my broadband would that help?My Vodafone works fine?

Mobile data

My data isn't connecting properly my apps aren't opening having trouble to do with everything online. It's been like this for over 12 months now and it's has nothing to do with the engineers this is ridiculous and very annoying

HelloI have just woken up and wanted to switch my data on as I switch it off over night and when I go to the internet options it only shows me WiFi. The data option does not even appear to be able to switch it on
