Network problems in your area

For months there has been a problem with the signal in my area, it always says “we are working on it & expect good service in 16 hours” anyone know what’s going on?

Can’t make calls every time I try and make a call it keeps saying that the system is busy and I’m supposed to be on 4g but my phone is saying 3g

My number

My number has been switched over to EE but if certain people a phone another number not the one I have got it when a can't get a signal but can't get a signal most of the time never get a signal in house ever unless it on a certain window sill
