Where do i complain about the connection signal in a ceryain area

I noticed Ealing Broadway was having poor network indoor and outdoor

Yes so that area has so many shopping outlets and crowded area but still EE network is so poor like just one or two bars and internet doesn’t work in 500m of radius. I visited there last to last Sunday

There's several 4G microcells in & and around the centre there, coverage levels should not be an issue unless those are off-service for some reason.
