Hi

I am a EE sim user for more than a year now, but now since past 2 months neither my mobile data nor my signals are working. Incoming calls get missed, sometimes I'm able to make calls other times I'm not. Data works only when I'm lucky even then it is very slow! I am super frustrated and agitated.

At first I thought there's some maintenance work going on but now I have waited for too long! 

Kindly look into this matter. I have been calling on the number that is given on EE app for several days, but it says that the service is temporarily unavailable.

You can check for known network issues using the "check status" option on https://coverage.ee.co.uk/coverage/ee 

Depending on the result, you can then either "keep me posted" or "report a problem" for further checks.

Thanks. Yes, Did that, there was no problem there. So I have reported the problem.
