4G WiFi network name not found

Hii I have bought an EE 4G WiFi, the sim is in, it’s fully charged but the network name is not coming up on my devices (iPhone 15 and laptop) when I go on WiFi. What am I doing wrong?! thanks! 

Can no longer access admin page for 4G Wifi Mini Hub

Hi , When I go to 192.168.1.1  it is no longer accessible  since I was in an area with an EE service fault reported last week. I get information saying  192.168.1.1  site can't be reached. 4gee.wifi's IP Address could not be found error all the time....
