problems connecting a hypervolt ev charger on smart 4G hub broadboard wifi

I have a smart 4G hub for mobile broadband. Recently installed a Hypervolt EV charger. The EV Charger connects to the local network, but not out to the internet, despite having full coverage (and hypervolt say that they can see the charger so it is on the network and the network is connected), and so Charger reports that it is offline. I can get the charger to connect fully via my smartphone's hotspot (different provider), so it seems to be a specific problem with the EE smart4ghub not allowing the EV charger's connection out to the hypervolt servers (I'm guessing). Any suggestions?  Thanks in advance

Hi @jp166

Welcome to the community.

Are you able to connect other devices to your 4G hub?

@jp166 Thanks for getting back with the additional information.

As other devices are working with the router it would be best to speak with out technical team on 150 from any EE phone (or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone) so they can investigate what maybe causing the connection issue to provide a resolution
