I have had this for a few years now but have decided to start using it again I have £30.00 credit in the account but no Data left I cannot get buy an add-on as I keep getting an error all I keep getting is this
When will this be fixed ? And If not, can I get my £30.00 credit refunded, so I can find an alternative that works !!!

Visit http://add-on.ee.co.uk/purchase from a device connected to your mobile router by WiFi to see what data add-ons are available.

Can you remember when it was that you last used this SIM?
Also was this £30 credit existing on the account, or have you just topped this up now?

It was last used a few years ago when I looked at using it again it had £15.00 credit available, and I topped it up with a further £15.00 credit with a view to using it to buy more data but as said will not work

Sounds like your PAYG SIM has gone into hibernation.
When did you previously use it for a chargeable action? EE PAYG SIMs are deactivated after 6 months of non-chargeable use. You then have a further 3 months to call EE to reactivate it before it is lost completely.
You needed to make a chargeable action like making a chargeable call or text, topping up or buying a Pack or Add-on, not just using your mins, texts or data from your pack.
