4g wifi box logging in to ee

I have a new ee 4g wifi mobile router. Its a tiny white box. I can connect to it with wifi password ok (all be it in the car as doesn't work in my house!)

I select manage router from my connections options. And the ee pops up. I can click to see how much data is left. But I click log in to change password and it asks for a password then. I can see there is an admin password on the label inside the battery department so I tried that but it says not right. Then I tried wifi password but doesn't work either. I read online you can use "admin " as a password that doesn't work either. I stabbed the reset button with a pin inside the battery department and tried again but nothing works still???

I don't know what else to try??

I can't see messages or change my password. But I can see data usage.

Tia

If you have reset it with a pin successfully, then the admin pwd on the label on the underside of the battery cover should work.

How do I know if its reset successfully? I tried it twice once for 10 secs and once for 30 secs.

After it still didn't work

Also it's not a pin hole it's like a little push down switch and it does click when pressed down

I think the LEDs should flash for a few secs.

Yes, it is a push down switch but you mentioned 1st that used a pin for it.

It said to use a pin but it wasn't a pin hole so was confusing. I didn't see any lights when I did it so will try it again tomorrow as doesn't work in my house which isn't a good sign I feel thanks

The LEDs are at the top of the router opposite from the battery compartment.
