I am unable to get my invoices, though EE are taking the money through direct debit. I have tried calling but as its sim only for the router and there is no way to access a text they have stonewalled the account and wont help any further. This is what i get when i log in!

Hello @mdconstruction ,

Welcome to the community,

Have you tried logging in via the EE App or via the website to your account? You should then see manage account and then bills and click on download and you can then see your invoices.

You can also receive messages via the router, just click on messages, not sure where, it could be in settings, someone else will know that answer, as it does receive messages.

You could always put the SIM card in a phone and see messages there, I believe.

To contact EE customer service dial 150 from your mobile phone or ring customer service for free using Skype or another phone: +44 800 079 8586 or +44 800 956 6000.

@mdconstruction : Most mobile routers can receive texts. Login to it & look for the SMS Section/Inbox.

If you think I helped please feel free to hit the "Thumbs Up" button below.

Good morning,

Have you tried logging in via the EE App or via the website to your account? Yes, on both. I can log in but nothing is available for me to print the invoices for accounting purposes as you can see below

The site needs sorting out for customers to access their bills online or can we please request a paper copy be sent? We are unable to access that part to change back too!!

I look forward to your response by return

@mdconstruction , if you wish to receive paper copies of your bills, you can do so by ringing customer service, but they are not free and will cost you,  I believe it is £2.30.
