5GEE Router (qtad52e) Issue using different network - Please help

Hi all!

I've had my router for almost a year however since January this year I've had terrible network connection, recently opted to try Vodafone and in my area works great so will be using that for my router. However, I am encountering an issue where if the network drops it goes into a loop of trying to connect to the network, restarting, trying to connect on repeat. The only way for me to get the router to reconnect to the Vodafone network is for me to put in my EE sim card from my phone and let it connect and then I can put back the vodafone sim card and it will connect, I wouldn't mind to do this if it happened once a week however as it happens daily it's becoming frustrating.

Does anyone have an idea what I can do?

Profile seems to be set up fine & the device should be unlocked as it was purchased September 2023

It must be something to do with the Profile/APN.

If you think I helped please feel free to hit the "Thumbs Up" button below.

Profile seems to be set up correctly, I mean if it was the profile it wouldn't connect at all right?

Good morning @Peaches5

Welcome to the EE Community!

Which model of router is it you've been using here?
Also will the Vodafone SIM connect without issue in other devices such as your phone?
