What is happening with the signal??

I'm starting to feel bad for leaving vodafone for ee. What is happening EE? NOT EVEN 3 weeks since I started being a customer and the signal is a joke . 2 days without a signal last week. Today no signal advised that it can take up to 16 hours or more! I need to make calls and use the internet on my phone. That's why I'm paying for. Absolut joke. Disappointed

@LoredanaDumis  Have you checked here, where you can register, report and receive updates:

http, s://ee.co.uk/help/mobile-coverage-checker

If there is a bigger problem with the mast, then that could take longer to fix. You will receive compensation when you have no network or poor network, so worth reporting , as we have no idea where you are, difficult to know, as it is not everywhere.

To contact EE customer service dial 150 from your mobile phone or ring customer service for free using Skype or another phone: +44 800 079 8586 or +44 800 956 6000.

There is no automatic right to compensation for localised losses of service on any UK operator.

Hi @LoredanaDumis

Thanks for coming to the community.

I know how frustrating it is when things aren't working as expected, and we'd never want to see you facing any issues with your services.

Is this happening in a specific area? It sounds like you're registered for updates already, or have looked on our Mobile Coverage Checker for these details.

If you have access to WiFi, please make sure you stay connected to WiFi calling where you can.
