I am trying to access my EE account. I cannot use a one time code because the phone signal is too weak. It can take hours to receive anything by text. There seems not to be an email alternative.
@Burland Have you tried using wifi calling if your mobile permits that as a function? If you are using a windows PC then the phone link when setup does get the codes fairly well same time as the OTA when EE sends it mobile wise.
