I’m a volunteer with a local Scout Campsite based in Leeds. We are a nonprofit, volunteer-run organisation providing educational activities, skills development and opportunities for young people in our local community.
We are currently looking for support with internet connectivity at our Scout Campsite were we can only get 4g internet access.
We already have a 4G/5G SIM router, so we only need a data SIM with approximately 50-80GB of data per month to provide Wi-Fi during at a campsite where mobile data is limited on handsets.
The internet would be used for:
As a volunteer-run organisation with limited funds, we are hoping that EE or BT might be able to support us by donating or sponsoring a data SIM, ideally with no monthly charges.
We would be extremely grateful for any assistance, advice or information about community sponsorship programmes that might be available.
Could someone from EE or BT please advise whether there is a community partnerships, corporate social responsibility or digital inclusion team we could contact about this request?
Any help or guidance would be greatly appreciated.
Many thanks for your time and support!
